Common problems and recovery
Identify the current blocker and take one specific recovery step. The page's actual error and next action are more useful than repeated refreshes.
AI remains unavailable after connecting
Check client capabilities, completed authorization and tools loaded in the current session. Have the assistant verify platform tasks. Reload or start a new session only when the client needs it.
See connect your AI assistant.
Validation failure or content conflict
Have the assistant read current diagnostics and working content before repairing it. If content changed, refresh the product state rather than blindly retrying an old task.
See validation and playtesting.
Cannot submit for review
Check current requirements: validation, presentation, pricing, charging eligibility or an existing review request. Resolve the missing item reported by the page.
See presentation, pricing and review.
Cannot join or resume a room
Check the code, account and room status. If you already have an active experience, use the offered return or resolution action. Allow state to synchronize after reconnecting.
See rooms and leaving and resuming.
AI is taking too long
Check whether the page reports waiting, execution or failure. Use the offered recovery action and avoid repeated submissions. If the issue persists, record the product, time and safe error identifier.
Unexpected costs
Separate product fees, AI usage and credit purchases. If payment is uncertain, check the existing order before taking another payment action.
See credits and billing.
Report an issue
Use the available product or platform feedback entry. Include time, product, steps, expected and actual result, and a visible error identifier.
Do not send passwords, tokens, full prompts or private participant information. A receipt confirms recording; resolution requires a platform response and an actual recheck.
